1. Purpose of the System

Our GHL system is designed for:

·         Recruiting and onboarding new independent travel agents and team members

·         Delivering training, marketing, and business development resources

·         Sending client newsletters, updates, and promotional content

·         Providing tools to assist with CRM, lead follow-up, and campaign automation

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business or as an independent contractor to use the System.

Use of this System is limited to current or prospective clients, travel partners, team members, or contractors of Unicorns Travel LLC.

3. Account Access and Responsibilities

·         You may be required to provide personal or business information to access certain features.

·         You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.

·         You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

·         Sharing of login credentials or unauthorized use of the system is strictly prohibited.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

·         Use the System for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose

·         Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute content or features of the System

·         Upload or transmit malicious code or spam through the System

·         Misrepresent your affiliation with the Company

5. Communication & Marketing

By opting into our System, you consent to receive:

·         Email newsletters, training announcements, and business updates

·         SMS/text messages, voice drops, or marketing communications as applicable

·         Automated follow-up messages through various channels (email, SMS, etc.)

You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications.

6. Team Member Guidelines

If you are using the System as a travel agent or team member:

·         You agree to uphold the values and professionalism of Unicorns Travel LLC

·         You are responsible for your own business, clients, leads, and commissions

·         You must comply with all relevant laws and any company or host agency rules

We reserve the right to remove access if you breach these Terms or misuse the System.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, workflows, training materials, and automation systems are the intellectual property of Unicorns Travel LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without permission.

8. System Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the System at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages resulting from your use of the System, including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, or missed leads.

Use of the System is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the System after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
